STRENGTH
In a strength training class, you’ll be moving heavy objects, or your body, in a way that creates resistance. We use resistance to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories—all packed into one workout.

EMOM
An EMOM workout, short for every minute on the minute, is a form of interval training. The challenge is to complete a predetermined number of repetitions (reps) of a particular exercise within 60 seconds. Then, you use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next set.

MOBILITY
The mobility class is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength.

CARDIO
Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility, and quickness while burning calories. Various intervals challenge your heart and tones the lower body.

DANCE
This class inspires creativity, teaches coordination, musicality, and introduces the fundamentals of dancing, while incorporating creative movement and fun. Students will develop strength, dance technique, rhythm, and body awareness in a caring, nurturing environment.
